Too Faced is a prestige brand of color cosmetics selling through specialty beauty retailers and high-end department stores worldwide. Founded in 1998 by Jerrod Blandino and Jeremy Johnson, the Company was created to encourage women to be the best version of themselves that they can possibly be. The brand is known for cultivating a sense of empowerment, glamour, and loyalty as shown by its cult-like following. 

The Company has a reputation for offering the best quality cosmetics in the brand’s signature playful style with their growing roster of both wearable and trendsetting shades, high tech innovations like Better than False Lashes™, and beneficial skincare cosmetics. Too Faced is available in over 1,200 stores in the U.S. and 500 internationally.

Too Faced selected The Sage Group to explore possible M&A opportunities. In the end, the Company sold a majority interest to Weston Presidio, a company known for providing brands with strategic guidance and support. The founders will remain at the company and will partner with Weston Presidio to expand online and in international markets.
