The Sage Group represented Arminak for the second time in selling the remaining 30% interest to TriMas Corporation. Helga Arminak will remain as president of Arminak and the company will continue to operate as part of the Company’s Packaging segment. The Sage Group served as the exclusive financial advisor to Arminak in 2012 when the Company sold a 70% interest to TriMas Corporation.
