Alvaro Pascotto is a private investor and attorney involved in numerous investments in Italy and the U.S. Mr. Pascotto designed and executed an integrated wealth management approach and strategies and set up the family office, which he oversees. He also serves as a general partner of various family-related partnerships focused primarily on private equity investments and the development and operation of real estate properties with selected partners. In addition to founding several successful early-stage companies, Mr. Pascotto was a founder of Kairos Partners SGR, an independent, Italian-based asset manager that was acquired by Julius Bär.
As an attorney, he is acknowledged as an international expert in business aviation. His clients include many Fortune 500 companies and well-known entertainment and business personalities, and he was of counsel to Irell & Manella and to Morrison & Foerster.
Mr. Pascotto received his J.D. from La Sapienza University of Rome. He is admitted to the Italian Bar in addition to being a member of the State Bar of California. A member of the Tax Committee of the National Business Aviation Association, he has lectured at a variety of aviation and tax seminars, and publishes articles on a regular basis. An FAA-licensed pilot, he was a co-founder and investor of XOJET Inc., and served on its Board until its sale to Vista Global Holding.
