Quixote engaged The Sage Group in late 2017 to explore M&A opportunities in the market. Ultimately, the Company chose to partner with Bison Group and will work together to accelerate its growth with existing and new clients. This is the second transaction in which Quixote engaged The Sage Group as its exclusive financial advisor. The Sage Group represented Quixote as the buyer in the acquisition of Movie Movers in 2014.
